At Emotiva Audio Corporation, we want you to be completely satisfied with your high-fidelity audio equipment. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your products within our 30-day trial period for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate a Return Request

  Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Equipment

  Securely pack the item in its original factory packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and remote controls.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the unit for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
